greygerbil on AO3, thank you for writing or drawing for me! Right from the start, I want to say you don’t have to do anything with my prompts, they’re just here in case you want some ideas. If it has my pairing and avoids my DNWs, I’m sure I’ll enjoy it! All ratings are great. I included a list of my general likes and smut likes which apply to all my requests. When it comes to kinks, you can include anything not listed under my DNWs.

Feel free to entirely erase the existence of canon relationships or break them up if they get in the way of the pairings I requested, whichever works best with what you’re trying to do.

Fic where the couple is not yet together but clearly in love, or on the road to getting together, or having their first time kissing/in bed together are great. However, so are established relationship fics. Whatever suits your ideas!

Some prompts may read like ideas for longer fics, but if you’re interested in them, please just grab a scene with the general idea out of the middle of those hypothetical longfics and write me that! They’re like cat and dog and fight all the time, and yet you can immediately sense how important they are to each other. Whether you want to write them as long-term boyfriends or friends or FWB who have been pining for ages and only now figure it out, I’m happy about anything. Fic set before, during, or after the show is all great. I’d prefer fic of them as adults, but prequel fic of them at school is also an option, though I’d like both of them to be at least eighteen years old if you’re going for smut. Flashbacks are always cool, though! I’d also be very interested in fic that happens in the years between them graduating school and being in the obviously quite established professional positions they are in during the show. Adoption is always a great way to acquire a baby, of course. If you go for them having a biological baby, I’m only interested in Kojiro being the one who is/was mpregnant. For smut, I prefer bottom and sub Kojiro. For A/B/O, I prefer omega Kojiro and alpha or beta Kaoru.

Adoption

I’d love for Kojiro and Kaoru to decide to adopt a baby! Whether they’ve gotten together in high school or later, they’ve known each other forever and are probably pretty good at gauging that they might stick around each other for even longer, too. Besides, they’re both stable adults who seem pretty settled in their jobs and lives and in general (occasional bout on Crazy Rock aside), so family planning makes sense.

This is a baby-focused exchange, of course, but I’m also happy for them adopting an older child, too. Maybe they adopt a baby and their older sibling(s)?

Characters have to take care of orphaned baby for a while and decide to adopt the baby

Perhaps this the child of a dead family member or close friend. Taking care of the baby was supposed to be temporary, but it looks like no better option is coming up anytime soon. Besides, while they might have had reservations about adopting a child, it turns out they’re actually pretty good with the baby.

Character adopts infant relative when family member can't (or won't) raise it

This is the same vein as above, except for maybe the parent just isn’t interested at all or would rather be in an aunt/uncle-type role while someone else does the heavy-duty lifting with parenting, and so they go for this arrangement.

If it’s to help out family, the timing might not be great, either? Like perhaps this is dropped into their lap in their early twenties when they’re still establishing themselves/Kaoru is in university, but the baby is here now, so there’s really no pushing it off until a more convenient time.

Panicked New Single Parent A Goes to B for Parenting Advice

Kojiro seems more chill, but he’s also the one more likely to end up with a newborn dropped off at his doorstep by a one-night-stand (that, or it’s one of the aforementioned situations where he’s suddenly in charge of a family member’s child). Kaoru might not be the most obviously parental figure, but he’s got his shit together, right? Also, he’s Kojiro’s best friend, so of course Kojiro would end up at his door.

I can totally imagine Kojiro as someone who helped take care of younger siblings/relatives and he generally is pretty level-headed, so if Kaoru is the one who ended up with an oopsie-baby from a previous relationship/affair with a woman (or an mpregnable man) or through a family member, Kojiro would be a logical first choice to go to for advice.

Were they already together when this happens or does parenting together finally give them a push in the right direction?

Accidental Mpreg - Didn't Know He Was Mpregnable

Maybe mpreg is rare and Kojiro figured if he were able to get pregnant, a doctor would have told him at some point. However, turns out that through sheer luck/because he didn’t really bottom for anyone before Kaoru, it’s just something that never came up – until he realises that he’s pregnant.

What is his reaction? Does he have a private moment of panic, but manages to relay it to Kaoru more calmly? Or do they find out together and whatever his first reaction is gets passed on unfiltered to Kaoru? Maybe Kaoru is even the one who suspects it first? I would like it if they eventually ended up being happy about the pregnancy, though!

A/B/O - Late blooming omega thought he was a beta until accidental pregnancy

As above, but the A/B/O variation! Kojiro looks like the most alpha to ever alpha, but if he isn’t an alpha, he must surely be a beta, right? So maybe there were some slight signs to the contrary, but he just kinda glossed over them (of course this isn’t a heat, I just get horny sometimes! etc.). This is not an option now, though...

This one also implies that they might be pretty young, perhaps barely out of high school or in their early twenties. The two of them navigating their budding careers/further education around a pregnancy would be nice. Do they both freak out a bit, but then decide to keep the kid, anyway? Perhaps Kojiro is the one at a loss here, but Kaoru pulls up a plan and even calms him down?

A/B/O - Omegas Have Pregnancy Heats As A Way To Bond With Partner While Already Pregnant

A shameless smut prompt. Are pregnancy heats different than normal heats? Maybe Kojiro feels a bit clingier or needier than usual? I’m sure Kaoru would indulge him! A fun variation of that could also be that Kaoru gets held up at a client meeting and comes home to poor Kojiro being pretty much a puddle on the floor.

Maybe most people’s pregnancy heats are kind of mellow, but Kojiro’s really aren’t...

Perhaps Kaoru has said he didn’t want kids, or they’re just a bit younger here and Kojiro is not quite as sure if Kaoru wouldn’t rather go have fun at university than bother with a kid (or he’s worried Kaoru is (still) in love with Ainosuke). Turns out Kaoru is probably insulted Kojiro didn’t expect him to take responsibility and he’s in love with him, anyways.

The two of them being pining FWB can, of course, also make this prompt even more tortured. Can they figure out they are in love with each other?

Friends with benefits while pining further complicated by unplanned pregnancy

As above, but maybe Kojiro doesn’t really worry about being abandoned, he just worries that it’s going to make this situation very complex very fast. He knows he’s in love with Kaoru and probably has been for a long while, but Kaoru’s probably not up for that, right? Him being so worried about pregnant Kojiro is just him being worried about the baby, anyway...

Kaoru being desperately in love, but not wanting to push Kojiro during an already stressful time would be great, too. I’m sure Kojiro would not mind being pushed a little.

Pregnancy announcement - friends and family assume other character is the pregnant one

Most people probably assume at first glance that Kaoru is the one who’d even end up in a position that allows him to get pregnant (or, if this is A/B/O, that he’s the omega). Kaoru may possibly be very annoyed by this while Kojiro is probably amused.

I would love for any of the characters we meet in the show to be the one(s) who end up in this misunderstanding (and react to the pregnancy announcement in general)!

Courting Pregnant Love Interest (Baby not Theirs)

Let’s say Kojiro got knocked up by a one-night-stand or an ex. The other parent doesn’t want anything to do with the pregnancy or child, but his best friend Kaoru is obviously around to nag him about vitamin intake and make sure he goes to sleep on time. Kojiro finds this very sweet. Then, Kaoru turns up with an invitation to a hot spring, or a dinner invitation, or – well, how would Kaoru court Kojiro? Does Kojiro realise it immediately or are their lives already so intertwined it’s almost difficult to tell the difference? And considering that Kojiro may already be partial to him, does Kaoru have to try very hard? Still, I could see Kojiro enjoying it regardless, since he’s probably not someone who usually gets courted.

Courting Pregnant Love Interest (Baby Theirs)

Same as above, but this time the baby is Kaoru’s and they had a one night stand or are friends with benefits. Perhaps Kaoru, who was in love, anyway, said they should be together, but Kojiro rejected him on the basis that he didn’t want Kaoru to be with him just ‘to do the right thing’? (Or Kaoru hasn’t offered yet because he knows Kojiro well enough to say Kojiro would worry that Kaoru is only doing it to be responsible.) In that case, Kaoru will have to prove to him that he very much wants to be his boyfriend, too.

Pregnant character injured (baby is okay)

I do love me some hurt/comfort and drama! I would like it if the injury wasn’t the result of Kojiro doing anything majorly stupid, lol. He does seem responsible enough not to race down Crazy Rock while pregnant. However, maybe the stove in the restaurant kitchen malfunctions, a car slips on the wet road and hits him, or any of the many other ways people can get hurt. Kaoru helping him afterwards would also be very sweet.

Difficult Pregnancy

Kojiro just gets unlucky and happens to be one of the people who get every uncomfortable side-effect of pregnancy from crippling nausea to constant backpain. He looks like someone who can tough out quite a bit and he still has a restaurant to care for, but perhaps Kaoru eventually realises he just seems to be getting worse and worse?

Or there’s a health scare and Kojiro has to be on bedrest for the last few weeks of the pregnancy, which would probably be quite difficult for him, since he’s usually a very busy guy. Still, he doesn’t want to endanger the baby. Kaoru making it more bearable for him as much as he can would be great.

It would be nice for Kaoru just to be around when Kojiro has a bad day? Like maybe he’s asleep on his feet by the end of the shift or it’s ten in the morning and he already threw up five times. Not life-threatening emergencies for sure, but it’d be nice to have someone there who cares.

Or, if it’s not Kaoru’s child, maybe this is when Kojiro’s ex decides they don’t want anything to do with the kid. Kojiro might not really want that person in his life anymore, but he’s still sad for the child’s sake and worried if he can do it all on his own. Kaoru being there for him might show him he doesn’t have to (and perhaps that a different second father is already on the horizon...).

Generally, Kaoru is a bit prickly. Can he turn that down or does his version of comfort simply look a bit different? I’m sure Kojiro appreciates it either way.

This would be very cute, whether it’s because Kaoru wants to make a connection with the unborn child or whether it’s a quiet way of providing/getting comfort to sidle up to Kojiro like this.

Possessive of Pregnant Partner

Kojiro is still as jovially (though harmlessly) flirty as ever while he’s pregnant and Kaoru staking his claim later is really something he looks forward to (though Kaoru also knows there’s very little danger of Kojiro running off with somebody else).

However, maybe there are situations when it is grating even for Kojiro. Tying to run a restaurant while heavily pregnant and having tipsy customers hit on you could be exhausting by the end of the night. Kaoru sliding in to quickly and pointedly make it clear Kojiro is already spoken for would be great.

Too Pregnant to Do Usual Activities

Considering Kojiro’s hobbies include skateboarding down mountainsides and likely intense workouts, this might happen quite early into the pregnancy. How does Kojiro distract himself – with cooking or something entirely different? Can Kaoru help?

Or this is towards the end of the pregnancy and even standing in the restaurant kitchen for hours on end is becoming difficult. Maybe Kaoru whisks Kojiro away to somewhere he can relax? Or he just convinces him to take it easy at home for a bit (hey, if he wants to cook food, he can always do it for Kaoru! lol).

Baby bump is BIG

Maybe Kojiro is having twins or maybe the baby just takes after Kojiro in size. Either way, it’s becoming kind of difficult to move around comfortably. Kaoru potentially finds this quite cute and likes to touch the bump.

If you want to take this into a smutty direction, maybe Kaoru finds he actually really likes the look of Kojiro heavily pregnant. Does he tell him/make it obvious or does Kojiro notice and indulge him (if not without a little teasing, I’m sure)?

Heightened Sex Drive During Pregnancy

I bet Kaoru would make fun of Kojiro for this, but I’m sure he’d also be eager to help him out.

A very pregnant, very horny Kojiro sending Kaoru distracting text messages/pictures while he’s trying to work would be really fun also.

Breeding Kink

Whether this is while they are trying to get pregnant or after Kojiro is already pregnant, this would be a great kink to include. Is the person who has the kink a bit embarrassed about it, but the other happily indulges them? Or maybe they kind of stumble into it together while having sex and it turns out really hot for both of them.

Generally would be fun to see! Do they have to adjust their favourite positions when Kojiro gets bigger? Maybe they even figure out some new things they enjoy like this.

Maybe Kojiro feels a bit weird about his body like this? He’s always been the guy with the six pack and now he doesn’t have that and is probably generally not in peak shape because he can’t train as much as usual. Kaoru makes sure Kojiro realises that Kaoru doesn’t care.

Breast Worship - milk accidently spills while fucking and partner drinks it all

I’m sure Kaoru generally enjoys Kojiro’s pecs, but this just draws attention to them in a whole new way. Is Kaoru unashamed of enjoying this or does it take a bit of coaxing from Kojiro about why Kaoru is stalling when Kojiro asked him to grab something to wipe the milk off? Is Kojiro into it from the start or a little embarrassed? Did Kaoru know he himself was into it or is it something neither of them really knew would turn them on, but then it really does?

It’s not that Kaoru didn’t want a child, he was just very worried if he’d actually know what to do with it and trusting that Kojiro would take over all the stuff that requires parenting instincts. Turns out when Kojiro is pregnant (or when the baby is born, whichever you’d like), Kaoru ends up being right on top of everything.

If Kojiro got ditched or abandoned while pregnant/after having someone else’s baby and is in a slump, maybe Kaoru realises to his own surprise that he wants to be helpful not just to Kojiro but the baby, and that he actually does have the emotional means to do so. I’m sure Kojiro would be really grateful for it, too.

Helping give birth in a non-hospital setting

I do always love me some dramatic stories about a couple having to go through the birth alone without medical assistance. Maybe they’re cut off due to a storm, or maybe the baby is just really fast and wants to be out now before Kaoru can even drive Kojiro to hospital/the ambulance can arrive. It’d be great if Kojiro and child are ultimately okay, though!

Holding hands while giving birth

Possibly dangerous, considering how strong Kojiro is! Does Kaoru surprisingly not complain at all? Or maybe bickering about it actually ends up distracting Kojiro from the pain, as Kaoru had hoped it would.

Non-Birthing Character Terrified/Inconsolable During Labor

I could see this for Kaoru. He seems a bit high-strung, anyway, and Kojiro going through a potentially very painful birth and not being able to help at all would be really stressful. Kojiro seems like the kind of person who’d still have the patience to calm someone down while giving birth, so that’s a good thing, lol. Though perhaps Kaoru is trying to hide it because he doesn’t want to put more stress on Kojiro, but Kojiro knows him too well.

Long and Painful Labor

However, I’d also really like to see Kojiro at the end of his rope for once, unsure if he’s able to do it and needing comfort. Maybe he was reassuring Kaoru at the start, or generally joking around, being his usual self, but after like 30 hours he’s just drained. Kaoru supporting him here would be great.

Maybe Kojiro doesn’t bounce back as fast as he wanted to. Kaoru chiding him for being unreasonable (he shouldn’t expect everything to go back to normal so quickly!) while simultaneously making sure Kojiro is as comfortable as possible would be just like him, lol.

Character Feels Self-Conscious About Postpartum Body

Kojiro is very into his own body, obviously, so if the pregnancy left some damage, like permanently stretched skin or a lot of stretch marks, he might find that difficult to deal with, not to mention that he might wonder if his equally extremely attractive boyfriend will have a problem with it. Maybe Kaoru can reassure him that his body wasn’t his only selling point, and that he’s still handsome, anyway, and help him adjust his self-image a bit?

Baby Looks Like a Mix of Both Parents

I don’t know, I just think this would result in a very cute baby. Knowing these two, do they banter about stuff like whose nose the child has?

For an off-beat version of this, maybe Kaoru is not the other father... however, Kojiro had a one-night-stand with someone who looks a lot like him because he was pining, so now it’s a suspiciously pink-haired, golden-eyed baby with Kojiro’s features, anyway.

Baby Looks Very Strongly Like One Parent

This could also be cute. I bet the parent who the baby doesn’t look like is also very enamoured with a child that looks just like their partner (though with Kojiro and Kaoru, you know they’d even manage to playfully squabble about one of them having genes that are too strong/weak).

Baby Carried On Back

Kojiro running his restaurant with a baby strapped to his back, or Kaoru doing his calligraphy/programming work with their child on his back would be really cute. I bet the other one thinks so, too, when they see their partner with the baby.

Parents and Baby Bonding

I just like parents having fun with their babies! Whether this is right after they bring the child home or a few weeks or months in, it’d be nice to see them together.

The baby playing with the skateboard it’s too young to stand on for now would be cute.

The baby trying his first Italian food when its old enough would be great.

Has Kaoru built a Carla version/upgrade that’s basically a very advanced baby monitor?

I could see Kaoru particularly worrying that he’s not the most parentally-inclined person (especially when the child is too young to talk to), so Kojiro helping him bond with the child would be nice.

Itto’s story quest was everything. I loved these two together. Takuya was so bitter, but at the same time, he didn’t want the sacrifice of the blue oni to go to waste and pull the red oni down with them, which could well have been a result of his bitterness, too. Meanwhile, Itto respects what the blue oni have done, but decides that with his endless positivity, he’s going to fix this and nobody should end up suffering. Then that save! It’s the perfect beginning for a love story. Adoption is always a great way to acquire a baby, of course. If you go for them having a biological baby, I’m only interested in Itto being the one who is/was mpregnant. For smut, I prefer bottom and sub Itto. For A/B/O, I prefer omega Itto and alpha or beta Takuya.

Perhaps one of Takuya’s relatives dies and no one else is currently available to care for the child, or maybe they find a war orphan with no one left to claim them. Does parenting together make them realise what a good team (and more...) they are?

That, or they were already together and when it becomes clear no one is interested in claiming the baby, they realise they’d really like to adopt it and start a family that way.

Adoption - Supernatural Entity Gives Them Baby To Raise

Teyvat is so full of weird stuff that a random god or adeptus type creature rising out of the earth and bestowing a baby on the confused couple/pining friends wouldn’t even rank that high on the list. Does the entity just need someone to care for the baby for some reason, or is it a fertility type creature that does this to people that it deems in love enough? Also, is the baby a normal human/oni or were the onis chosen because they might be good at raising a supernatural child?

Both Itto and Takuya had pretty difficult childhoods. However, Takuya can now show his child a world where they don’t have to hide on the fringes and Itto will be able to give them a home he didn’t have (at least not between the death of his parents and before Granni Oni found him). I feel like they might both look forward to this.

Character is scared of having their own family after rough childhood

On the other hand, they both know what it’s like to be persecuted for being onis, so they might also worry that this could happen to their kid(s); not to mention neither of them is in too stable a situation in life, so that could be another, unrelated worry. Itto seems like the more optimistic one of the two, so maybe he can convince Takuya that they can turn things around?

Accidental Mpreg - Didn't Know He Was Mpregnable

Itto seems like just the kind of person who could miss this information, honestly. In all fairness, he did not seem to have had much contact to onis after his parents’ death, so maybe he truly wasn’t told that onis, or red onis, can get mpregnant? Or he just kind of forgot that he was told this as a child. Takuya, meanwhile, thinks he must be taking contraceptives (like herbs or whatever) or he’s not one of the ones who can get mpregnant. Itto is very worried about the baby and Takuya is very worried about the both of them.

Maybe someone threw a substantial amount of beans at Itto or made him eat some without his knowledge (I assume even Itto would refrain from bean-related eating competitions when he’s pregnant). They might have been truly malicious or they might have thought the oni fear beans-thing was more of a “haha funny it makes them jump” and not “severe allergic reaction”. Itto is used to bean-related pain, but genuinely worried something is going to happen to his oni child because of this. Takuya comforts and helps him.

Badass Character Remains Badass While Pregnant

I’m sure Itto isn’t looking for fights while pregnant, but if this is during the Vision Hunt Decree, or if he ends up running into people that dislike onis, or if someone weaker/someone he cares about is genuinely in danger, he’ll still break out the greatsword. Turns out Itto is not to be underestimated even while pregnant.

Difficult Pregnancy

Poor Itto happens to be one of those people who gets every symptom from backpain to constant nausea. Even for him, it’s getting a bit difficult to keep a grin on his face. Takuya trying to cheer him up would be very sweet. Itto seems mostly ready to be in a good mood if someone gives him even the slightest reason, so it would definitely help!

If Itto had to be on bedrest for the last few weeks of the pregnancy to make sure the child is okay, I’m sure he’d do it in a heartbeat – and also that he’d be really bored. Takuya doing his best to provide entertainment and distraction whenever he can would be great.

Itto probably generally likes to get his hands on Takuya whenever a good opportunity arises, but somehow pregnancy ends up sending him into overdrive, whether that’s just hormones or an obscure oni feature. Potentially dangerous, considering how strong Itto is, but I bet Takuya would take the risk nonetheless. After all, he would want to support Itto during labour, whether it’s been a relatively uncomplicated process or a more drawn-out one. Is it normal in their culture(s? The blue oni have been on their own for a long while) for the other parents to be around for labour, anyway? If it’s unusual, or if it’s normal for blue oni but not the rest of Inazuma, I could see Itto still being relieved that Takuya chose to be by his side.

Long and Painful Labor

I’d also like to see Itto at the end of his rope for once, unsure if he’s able to do it and needing comfort. Maybe he was reassuring a worried Takuya at the start, or generally joking around, being his usual self, but after like 30 hours he’s just drained. Takuya supporting him here would be great.

Is there such a thing as a purple oni? Maybe there used to be, but since the oni have been parted for so long, there hasn’t been in a long time, and it actually is a special thing.

Since it could be that the oni really don’t have many actual differences but painted horns, though, perhaps the baby just looks exactly 50% like each of his parents and that’s what people tend to notice.

I just like parents having fun with their babies! Whether this is right after they bring the child home or a few weeks or months in, it’d be nice to see them together.

Takuya might be a bit worried about the big beetle crawling on his child, but it’s really quite harmless when it’s not fighting and the baby seems to enjoy it.

Takuya seems to have grown up away from the city, so it would be nice if he showed the baby (and Itto) the places he likes.

The baby meeting the friends/family of his parents (the blue oni clan, Itto’s gang and grandma, Traveller and Paimon, Ayato, etc.) would be really fun.

I really enjoyed the relationship between those two. Nie Mingjue does not seem to have many, or any other close friends, aside from Meng Yao, though that doesn’t last too long. What was it that made Lan Xichen different, made him fascinating to someone who, according to Jin Guangyao, is interested in nothing but decimating the Wen sect and his sabre training? And how did someone as clement as Lan Xichen befriend the hot-tempered heir of the Unclean Realm? When Nie Mingjue isn’t currently trying to kill someone (usually Jin Guangyao), Lan Xichen doesn’t even seem too bothered by his temper at all, and he seems to genuinely enjoy his company as well. I would love to see anything, from their time as young men, to fighting in the war, to a fix-it were all works out differently and Nie Mingjue doesn’t die. Adoption is always a great way to acquire a baby, of course. If you go for them having a biological baby, I’m only interested in Lan Xichen being the one who is/was mpregnant. For smut, I prefer bottom and sub Lan Xichen. For A/B/O, I prefer omega Lan Xichen and alpha or beta Nie Mingjue.

Character adopts infant relative when family member can't (or won't) raise it

The Lan and Nie families are both involved in nighthunting and went through a war, so I’m sure there were plenty of opportunities for related children to end up orphaned. That, or one of them has an errant family member who left a woman/mpregnable man with a bastard child and won’t deal with it, so since the person who got pregnant does not wish to care for the child, either of them ends up taking in the child to avoid an even greater scandal.

I also have a soft spot for Lan Jingyi being Lan Xichen’s ward, just because he’s not very much like him, but also, Lan Xichen tends to be soft on those he cares about as we see with Lan Wangji, so perhaps that’s how Lan Jingyi turned out this way. Perhaps he lost his parents in the war or on a night hunt? Lan Xichen honours them by taking in their child, but he’s still quite young himself. Of course, his friend Nie Mingjue volunteers to help out a bit and they get even closer (that, or they were already a couple and now deal with this new addition).

Both of them ending up with an infant relative or two to watch after the war also doesn’t seem unlikely! Perhaps they bond over being new parents (and then more)?

Characters have to take care of orphaned baby for a while and decide to adopt the baby

As the sect leader and someone who seems fairly doting, Lan Xichen might also end up with an orphaned baby that’s not of his own family, but from the extended Lan sect. Since no one else steps forward to take it off him, he now has a child! Nie Mingjue is also a very responsible man, so he could come to have a child the same way. Maybe one helps the other parent and that makes them get even closer (or really sends the pining into overdrive), or they’re deciding to basically adopt the kid together because they’re already a couple (whether that’s possible in public or not)?

Maybe the orphaned baby was also brought back from a nighthunt and something seems off with it (it was touched by a ghost or creature, it may in fact be a bit supernatural, or it’s a normal baby and people are just afraid of it because of superstition). Lan Xichen or Nie Mingjue decides to take the orphaned baby home for supervision and by the time it’s clear the baby is not actively dangerous, the two have already kind of started parenting, anyway...

Panicked New Single Parent A Goes to B for Parenting Advice

Nie Mingjue is settled with a child, maybe from a family member or dead martial brother/sister (possibly it’s also his own illegitimate child? He does seem a little too focused on sabres for that, but it could happen). He’s already out of his depth with Nie Huaisang, who isn’t that much younger than him, and he’s been raised pretty much exclusively as a warrior! However, his best friend Lan Xichen is a nice, soft-hearted guy, maybe he can help...

However, I could see Lan Xichen being just as confused under similar circumstances (though he might be even less likely to have an illegitimate child, but the other options are still there). Nie Mingjue always seems so responsible, though, and he’s been handling his younger brother all alone, so Lan Xichen asks for his help.

One of them being able to see the parenting talents the other can’t quite see in himself is always cute and would be fitting for two people who have known each other for so long.

Adoption - Supernatural Entity Gives Them Baby To Raise

Their world is full of strange entities, not all of them malicious. Perhaps a minor god or fae who deals with love or fertility sees that they are in love and decides to bless them with a child! Whether they had admitted as much to each other yet might be irrelevant to the entity... I would love a story where they slowly find out about the creature that gave them the baby and what that means about their feelings for each other. However, I would also love a story where they were already together and their supernatural baby is the solution to the lack-of-heir problems that overshadow their relationship.

It could also be the ghost of a dead parent/parents that leads them to its own now orphaned baby? To help the ghost(s) pass on, taking in the baby would be good, and besides, it is a lonely child that needs someone to help them, after all.

Lan Xichen had a lot of responsibility from a young age and not a lot of contact with his parents, not to mention that Lan Qiren surely tried his best, but was very strict. Nie Mingjue also had to struggle through being sect leader from when he was a teen and remembers how hard that was. I can see both of them wanting to do better for their own children and happily planning to do so.

Character is scared of having their own family after rough childhood

On the other hand, maybe they are worried they cannot do better? Nie Mingjue knows he had a lot of trouble trying to parent Nie Huaisang, after all, though he was still very young. Lan Xichen is still bound by the rules of his sect and co-raising Lan Wangji probably didn’t work totally as intended, either (though he was, of course, a child as well). Fortunately, while they (or one of them if you’d like to focus the fic on the concerns of one) might worry about their own shortcomings, they trust a lot in the strengths of the other.

However, he just didn’t know this was an option... until it happened. How do they deal with this?

It’s also possible that Lan Xichen only became mrepgnable through contact with a curse/spell/magic thingie, so in that case he really had no chance to know. Do they first have to retrace what’s even happening to him and why?

However, he lives in a dangerous world and also, sometimes it can be something as simple as stones getting loose at the top of the Cloud Recesses or an overeager disciple accidentally hitting him in the head from behind because they pulled their practice sword around too fast just when Lan Xichen walked by – or any of the many other ways people can get hurt! He could also have been attacked. Nie Mingjue helping him afterwards would also be very sweet.

Is Nie Mingjue unashamed of enjoying this or does it take a bit of coaxing from Lan Xichen about why Nie Mingjue is stalling when Lan Xichen asked him to grab something to wipe the milk off? Is Lan Xichen into it from the start or a little embarrassed? Did Nie Mingjue know he was into it himself or is it something neither of them knew would turn them on, but then it really does?

I do love dramatic stories about the couple being caught out somewhere in the wilderness/cut off due to a storm or something and having to deal with labour alone (but then, everything turns out fine in the end and Lan Xichen and the kid are okay!).

Potentially dangerous, considering how strong Lan Xichen is, but I bet Nie Mingjue would take the risk nonetheless. After all, he would want to support Lan Xichen during labour, whether it’s been a relatively uncomplicated process or a more drawn-out one. Is it normal for the other parent to be around for labour, anyway? Maybe yes for the Nie, but no for the Lan? If it’s unusual, or if it’s normal for the Nie but not the Lan, I could see Lan Xichen still being relieved that Nie Mingjue chose to be by his side.

I’d also like to see Lan Xichen at the end of his rope for once, unsure if he’s able to do it and needing comfort. Maybe he was reassuring a worried Nie Mingjue at the start, or generally still engaging in conversation, being his usual self, but after like 30 hours he’s just drained. Nie Mingjue supporting him here would be great.

Can Lan Xichen help him navigate this issue? Maybe infuse some musical cultivation into the traditions of the Nie so the child has a way to defend itself against the sabre spirit?

On the other hand, Lan Xichen might be concerned that while it seems necessary, raising especially his eldest child too strictly into a sect leader position might make them fight with the same issues he’s kept shut up inside of himself all his life – which, incidentally, he might have to deal with now. Nie Mingjue knows this pressure quite well, since he became a sect leader early, too, so he might be able to help Lan Xichen navigate this.

Entering Combat While Holding Baby

I doubt either of them wants to do this, but if they get attacked by a monster or other enemies, then they might not have a choice. I bet either of them (or maybe both of them, handing the baby back and forth) would still manage to handle combat while protecting their child if they had to.

I think it’d be cute if Lan Wangji was low-key excited about becoming/being an uncle – and Nie Mingjue has been Lan Xichen’s friend for a long time, so Lan Wangji trusts him to be good for his brother. Lan Wangji is not the most exuberant person, but Lan Xichen reads him well, so he knows that he enjoys this.

Baby Fluff

If you want to pull in more characters, Lan Sizhui as a new cousin would be cute, too, and I bet Lan Jingyi would also be interested. Nie Huaisang seems like someone who’d have great fun playing with and spoiling his nephew(s)/niece(s). Then there’s Wei Wuxian, of course, if he’s already with Lan Wangji! How much trouble can he cause as a fun uncle? And what does Lan Qiren think?

This is a pairing I’ve really come to enjoy despite the fact that they don’t have that much contact in canon – at least not that we see because I assume as leaders of major sects, and with Lan Xichen being so close to Jin Ling’s other guardian, they have actually met quite a bit. We know from Lan Xichen’s friendship with Nie Mingjue that he can handle tempestuous temperaments. Also, I feel like Lan Xichen ticks, though not at all, quite a few boxes on Jiang Cheng’s romance checklist, so that’s good! This could be set right after the war (it would probably be difficult after Wei Wuxian’s death due to Lan Xichen’s loyalty to his brother, who does not like Jiang Cheng past the Burial Mound siege, but perhaps Lan Xichen’s and Jiang Cheng’s relationship somehow ends up preventing the whole Wei Wuxian thing from going really south in the first place, or the Wen fled and that entire plot disappears entirely); or it could be post-canon, when they both have to work through their pain. Either way would be interesting! Post-canon, Jiang Cheng is probably not super welcome in the Cloud Recesses courtesy of Lan Wangji as long as he and Wei Wuxian haven’t had some sort of reconciliation, but does Lan Xichen end up facilitating it, or do the two of them end up meeting more once Jiang Cheng drops by sometimes to see Wei Wuxian after having a heart-to-heart with him? Adoption is always a great way to acquire a baby, of course. If you go for them having a biological baby, I’m only interested in Lan Xichen being the one who is/was mpregnant. For smut, I prefer bottom and sub Lan Xichen. For A/B/O, I prefer omega Lan Xichen and alpha or beta Jiang Cheng.

Character adopts infant relative when family member can't (or won't) raise it

The Lan and Jiang families are both involved in nighthunting and went through a war in which both Lotus Pier and the Cloud Recesses got attacked directly, so I’m sure there were plenty of opportunities for related children to end up orphaned. That, or one of them has an errant family member who left a woman/mpregnable man with a bastard child and won’t deal with it, so since the person who got pregnant does not wish to care for the child, either of them ends up taking in the child to avoid an even greater scandal.

I also have a soft spot for Lan Jingyi being Lan Xichen’s ward, just because he’s not very much like him, but also, Lan Xichen tends to be soft on those he cares about as we see with Lan Wangji, so perhaps that’s how Lan Jingyi turned out this way. Perhaps he lost his parents in the war or on a night hunt? Lan Xichen honours them by taking in their child, but he’s still quite young himself. To his surprise, Jiang Cheng volunteers to help out a bit or through happenstance, they end up spending time together with the child, and they get closer (that, or they were already a couple and now deal with this new addition).

Jin Ling is of course always an option, if you want to fudge the events so that it doesn’t all go to hell in a handbasket (to prevent Lan Wangji from strangling Jiang Cheng when he visits the Cloud Recesses with baby Jin Ling), but Jin Ling still ends up without parents, anyway. Now Jiang Cheng is a new sect leader and a part-time single dad. Lan Xichen sees that he could need help and so they get closer...

Both of them ending up with an infant relative or two to watch after the war also doesn’t seem unlikely! Both Lotus Pier and the Cloud Recesses were directly attacked and on the frontlines afterwards, after all. Perhaps they bond over being new parents (and then more)?

Characters have to take care of orphaned baby for a while and decide to adopt the baby

As the sect leader and someone who seems fairly doting, Lan Xichen might also end up with an orphaned baby that’s not of his own family, but from the extended Lan sect. Since no one else steps forward to take it off him, he now has a child! On the other hand, while Jiang Cheng is not known to be very soft, I can still see him wanting to rebuilt the Jiang sect and thus helping by taking in a more distantly related child. Maybe one helps the other parent and they get closer, or they’re deciding to basically adopt the kid together because they’re already a couple (whether that’s possible in public or not)?

Maybe the orphaned baby was also brought back from a nighthunt and something seems off with it (it was touched by a ghost or creature, it may in fact be a bit supernatural, or it’s a normal baby and people are just afraid of it because of superstition). Lan Xichen or Jiang Cheng decides to take the orphaned baby home for supervision and by the time it’s clear the baby is not actively dangerous, the two have already kind of started parenting, anyway...

Adoption - Supernatural Entity Gives Them Baby To Raise

Their world is full of strange entities, not all of them malicious. Perhaps a minor god or fae who deals with love or fertility sees that they are in love and decides to bless them with a child! Whether they had admitted as much to each other yet might be irrelevant to that entity... I would love a story where they slowly find out about the creature that gave them the baby and what that means about their feelings for each other. However, I would also love a story where they were already together and their supernatural baby is the solution to the lack-of-heir problems that overshadow their relationship.

It could also be the ghost of a parent/ghosts of parents that leads them to their own now orphaned baby? To help the ghost(s) pass on, taking in the baby would be good, and besides, it is a lonely child that needs someone to help them, after all.

Lan Xichen had a lot of responsibility from a young age and not a lot of contact with his parents, not to mention that Lan Qiren surely tried his best, but was very strict. Jiang Cheng’s childhood was dominated by not feeling good enough. I can see both of them wanting to do better for their own children and happily planning to do so.

Character is scared of having their own family after rough childhood

On the other hand, maybe they are worried they cannot do better? Jiang Cheng knows he’s not considered the most obviously parental person, after all. Lan Xichen is still bound by the rules of his sect and co-raising Lan Wangji probably didn’t work totally as intended (granted, he was still a child then, but he might worry nevertheless). Also, especially if this is post-canon, Lan Xichen might have no trust left in his own judgement of people. Fortunately, while they (or one of them if you’d like to focus the fic on the concerns of one) might worry about their own shortcomings, they trust a lot in the strengths of the other.

Maybe when Nie Mingjue dies, Lan Xichen is pregnant with his child, or, for a post-canon fic, maybe when Nie Mingjue’s aura reaches him in the Guanyin temple, Lan Xichen ends up pregnant with his baby through mysterious means. What now? Of course, he would want to have Nie Mingjue’s baby, but it’s just an all around tragic situation. It just so happens he’s working closer with Jiang Cheng now, though, perhaps because of some shared night-hunts at first and then personal conversation, and as Lan Xichen recovers from his loss, something else blooms between them.

The baby could also be Jin Guangyao’s – maybe he was never married, or when Lan Xichen was at his place after Qin Su’s death to keep an eye on him, Lan Xichen let himself be pulled into one extremely fraught night together because there had been tension between them for like fifteen to twenty years at that point. Lan Xichen isn’t even sure if telling people about this child’s father wouldn’t endanger it, but maybe he confesses to Jiang Cheng after a while, the one person who’d best understand regret after the Guanyin temple? Jiang Cheng could offer to cover for him by pretending to be the father, or maybe to stand by his side to protect the baby.

Whether Lan Xichen is pregnant with a baby through rape or having been abandoned by a lover or because of a dead LI, this could be quite nice. How does Jiang Cheng (of all people) go about courting? Maybe very few men are mpregnable in general, maybe it’s a rare special Lan bloodline talent that Lan Xichen didn’t think he had; maybe there are no signs to know you can get mpregnant but to get mpregnant, or maybe there are, but Lan Xichen was just a bit too innocent to know them, since the Lan don’t talk about that kind of thing. However, he just didn’t know this was an option... until it happened. How do they deal with this?

It’s also possible that Lan Xichen only became mrepgnable through contact with a curse/spell/magic thingie, so in that case he really had no chance to know. Do they first have to retrace what’s even happening to him and why?

He could also have been attacked. Jiang Cheng helping him afterwards would also be very sweet.

I’m sure Lan Xichen isn’t looking for fights while pregnant, but if this is during the war, or if he ends up running into monsters or other adversaries, or if defenceless civilians or someone he cares about are genuinely in danger, he’ll still break out the sword. Turns out Lan Xichen is not to be underestimated even while pregnant.

Difficult Pregnancy

Perhaps Lan Xichen just gets unlucky and happens to be one of the people who get every uncomfortable side-effect of pregnancy from crippling nausea to constant backpain. He looks like someone who can tough out quite a bit and he still has a sect who needs him, but perhaps Jiang Cheng eventually realises he just seems to be getting worse and worse?

Perhaps there’s also a health scare and Lan Xichen has to be on bedrest for the last few weeks of the pregnancy, which would probably be quite difficult for him, since he’s usually a very busy guy. Still, he doesn’t want to endanger the baby. Jiang Cheng making it more bearable for him as much as he can would be great.

I think it’d be cute if Lan Wangji was low-key excited about becoming/being an uncle – even if Jiang Cheng has to be the father, but he’s potentially already Lan Wangji’s brother-in-law, so Lan Wangji learned to deal. Lan Wangji is not the most exuberant person, but Lan Xichen reads him well, so he knows that he enjoys this.

Baby Fluff

If you want to pull in more characters, Lan Sizhui as a new cousin would be cute, too, and I bet Lan Jingyi would also be interested. Jin Ling would probably also have opinions concerning his new sort-of-half-sibling/cousin. Then there’s Wei Wuxian, of course! How much trouble can he cause as a fun uncle? If Jiang Yanli is still alive/doesn’t die in this version, her reactions would be interesting, too. And what does Lan Qiren think?

I would also like baby fluff just focused on cute moments with the two of them and their child, of course!

Characters and Tropes
I have very few real preferences for characters except that I’d be happy if the men in the pairings were at least 25 years old or older (no limit at all in that direction!) because I enjoy characters who have had some time to gather life experiences. Physically, I mostly like male characters who aren’t super dainty, but anything from skinny to average to chubby to bodybuilder goes. Also, exceptions can of course be made for certain prompts or species – a traditional elf is probably not going to look like Conan the Barbarian.

Feel free to change the characters around to fit your setting and plot ideas. You can interpret my requested kings as chieftains or pharaohs, for example, so with a vaguely equivalent role they would have in a different cultural setting. Also, you can make the characters members of a fantasy or science fiction species, too, if that fits your setting, even if the prompt itself doesn’t specify it. The Omega King and his Alpha Husbands could also be elves or aliens.

Generally, for pairings I prefer aliens who looks vaguely human: somewhat humanoid build, some recognisable facial features, genitalia that’s somewhat equivalent, though the alien could be intersex (in human terms) and/or from a species that looks closer to male humans and thus tends to be viewed as male by humans, but is actually monosex (if you want some visual direction, the playable species of SWTOR or the companions in Mass Effect would all be totally within range of not being too inhuman for my tastes). If you’d rather go with the true-and-tried ‘human but green’ trope from old sci-fi TV series, that would also be super fun. (The same goes for fantasy species, of course!)

Settings
For historical fiction or fantasy settings, feel free to make up any number of countries for any time period or location in the world, use actually existing ones, or rewrite them to fit your needs (mpreg exists, homophobia doesn’t exist, gender equality was achieved 3000 B.C., for example), or just divorce it from our world entirely. I like high and low fantasy and everything in-between, Tolkien-esque fantasy or fantasy based in completely different mythologies and traditions. For historical or pseudo-historical fantasy settings, I’m especially into Ancient Egypt, Ancient Greece, Ancient Rome (and all the places in its vast empire), Celtic Ireland, the European Middle Ages, the Italian Renaissance, general Age-of-Sail type stuff, Regency and Victorian England, Feudal Japan, any period of pre-17th Century China and the Classic Period Maya. But seriously, if there’s something else you like or know about, go for it, even (or especially!) if it’s maybe not something one sees often as settings for tropey slash. If the setting is fixed in the prompt (‘Victorian Gentleman’ and such) you can also very much use fantasy or alternate history settings that just mimic the trappings of that specific period.

For science fiction, I basically love all types. I enjoy the sleek, 1950s inspired looks of gleaming white utopias (with or without adjacent seedy underbelly), cyberpunk ruled by evil megacorporations full of androids and hackers and augmentations, steampunk with air ships that sail the whole universe or the more grungy variation that is all about cranking up the dirt and squalor of 19th century industrialisation, hard-boiled military SF, sprawling space operas, or even comparatively mild “we invented space travel/aliens uplifted us and now we’re part of the interstellar alien community” stuff. You can also mix fantasy and science fiction with magic spaceships and kings that lead galactic federations and such. I also enjoy post-apocalyptic wastelands, but I’d prefer it if some first tendrils of society to have already emerged again, should you go past the end times.

And then, of course, there’s the good old everyday modern world. I have to admit I’m not super interested in mundane modern stuff and most of the pairings I chose probably don’t work too well with it. However, I enjoy urban fantasy with magic and werewolves and vampires, or “our world, but we met aliens/elves decades or centuries ago and now they work alongside you at the office” or something along those lines. Also, feel free to write ideas you will often find in everyday stories, like meet-cutes or other sweet/low-stakes plots like that, in crazy sci-fi or fantasy settings; I like that a lot, too!

Pregnant New Omega King/His Alpha Husbands
I really like this tag because it implies so many interesting plot possibilities. Is this a story about a New Omega King who has been on around the court for a while (but not as king) and the established relationship with his husbands, or maybe someone who decided to marry later in life and now has to deal with that? Or is the Omega King new to both his job and his marriages? If it’s the latter, did his royal parent or older sibling die, or is he actually someone who is pretty low in the chain of inheritance and never expected to get the throne at all, but something wiped out everyone ahead of him? I especially like omegas who are a bit unusual (tall and/or physically strong), but there’s many ways to go with this. For the Alpha Husbands, I’d be interested whatever you come up with! Are they just there as spouses or do they have positions at court? Have they, or some of them, known each other before? Are they also in a relationship, or in separate relationships, or are some of them rivals? (This is all in case you actually want to write anything plot-related – I’m also very happy about smut that is just about alphas happily fucking their omega.) Generally, I’m more interested in a story about a poly marriage that ends up being loving (though the way there can certainly be rocky and chaotic!), whether the alphas are also sleeping with each other/in romantic relationships or just friendly; rather than a story about an asshole omega king who forces alphas into his harem, or alphas who are unhappy with their lot in life even by the end of the story. I’d also love to get to know the characters, so I’d somewhat prefer a few husbands with distinct personalities to a faceless, bigger group of husbands (unless, again, you’re going for PWP porn, which I would be totally fine with, then all is fair game); it could even just be two Alpha Husbands if you’d rather write about a smaller polycule. For smut, I prefer bottom and sub Omega King. If you include mpreg, I prefer pregnant Omega King.

I’d want all of the people involved in this marriage to be over eighteen and not related to each other (and not having raised each other even if they’re not blood-related, though people of the same age growing up together is totally fine, as long as they didn’t see each other as siblings), but that’s pretty much it!

This could apply to the Omega King or any of his Alphas. In what way was their childhood rough? How do they plan to protect their own child?

Maybe either the Omega King or the Alphas had a bad childhood specifically related to also coming from a harem/multiple spouse-type situation (they were ostracised because a different spouse than their other parent was favoured, or there were assassination attempts from one of the other spouses so their children would move up in the succession line). How do the others reassure him that things won’t go that way this time? Or, if they’re excited, what makes them certain that they’re in a better situation with their own partners?

A/B/O - Omegas Have Pregnancy Heats As A Way To Bond With Partner While Already Pregnant

A shameless smut prompt. It would be great to see the Omega King bond with his Alphas during a pregnancy heat. Do they have to work around the fact that he’s already heavily pregnant, or is it early into the pregnancy? Are those pregnancy heats different from normal heats, maybe more or less intense?

An ideal situation for this sort of set-up, of course. This could focus on the night of conception (so, smut), or it could be fluff about the Omega King and his husbands being excited about their offspring.

Does this mean that the Omega King is carrying a single child with the DNA of multiple people, or is he carrying multiple children with different alpha fathers? I would love to see any point of the pregnancy here, or the Omega King and his Alpha Husbands with their newborn child(ren).

Friends with benefits while pining further complicated by unplanned pregnancy

Perhaps the Omega King is in a friendly relationship with his Alpha Husbands (likely because it was an arranged or diplomacy-related marriage of some sort), pining away, planning to conceive an heir later, perhaps because due to current issues that need his attention – a new king likely has a lot to do. However, then he falls pregnant unexpectedly and now has to sort out his feelings for his husbands on top of dealing with the pregnancy.

Or perhaps a new Alpha is looking to join the marriage, despite the fact that the Omega King is currently pregnant by one of his existing husbands.

If it’s one Alpha Husband doing the courting, how do the other Alpha Husbands react to it? Do they test him? Tease him? Help him? Maybe they also get courted on the side?

Pregnant character injured (baby is okay)

I love hurt/comfort, so this would be great. I would love to see the Alpha Husbands dote on their pregnant Omega King after a scare like this and/or deal with what caused the accident/attack.

Badass Character Remains Badass While Pregnant

I’d love to see the Omega King continue to do cool things and impress his Alpha Husbands while he’s pregnant! Whether this means fighting (if necessary – I’m sure he wouldn’t put the baby in danger needlessly), diplomacy, or any other sort of talent he might have.

Difficult Pregnancy

Being a new king isn’t easy to begin with, so if the pregnancy isn’t smooth sailing, either, I imagine the Omega King will eventually feel like he’s a candle burning down at both ends fast. How do his Alpha Husbands help?

Miscarriage scares are totally fine here, but I’d like the child to be okay.

Or characters, in this case! Is the comfort related to the pregnancy? Maybe there was a miscarriage scare (though no actual miscarriage, please), or maybe the Omega King is just buckling under the dual stress of being a new regent and in the middle of a pregnancy. Maybe it was even something more severe, like someone trying to assassinate him and his unborn child.

This is just very cute to me. Several Alpha Husbands nuzzling the Omega King’s belly at once would be great, too.

Too Pregnant to Do Usual Activities

If the Omega King is a fighter, or someone else with an occupation that needs him to be very active (like a royal high priest very involved with rituals or something), I could definitely see the pregnancy eventually getting in the way. Even if he is ‘just’ attending to courtly matters, I imagine he might not have as much stamina as usual. How do his Alpha Husbands help him out?

Maybe the Omega King is carrying several children at once, or the Alpha Husband who got him pregnant is a half-giant (or an alien that is significantly bigger than humans, or some other species that would lead to a big baby). Does it impede how much he can move? Does he need help from his Alpha Husbands?
If you wanna go into a smutty direction, is one Alpha Husband especially attracted to the sight of him being very pregnant (and do the Omega King and other Alpha Husbands figure it out and let him indulge himself)?

Heightened Sex Drive During Pregnancy

You’d expect to have to hold back a little as an alpha if you’re sharing one omega between several alphas, but it turns out now that he’s pregnant the Omega King feels like he could actually wear out all his Alpha Husbands. Is he embarrassed about this and needs to be coaxed to admit it? Or is he very happy to indulge himself and them?

This would also be interesting in an arranged/diplomatic marriage situation. Maybe now that he’s pregnant, the Omega King figures the Alpha Husbands have no more reason to sleep with him right now (an heir/heirs are on the way, after all), but he really would like to have sex (and maybe he’s even pining on top of it). The Alpha Husbands, in turn, would still like to sleep with the Omega King, but refrain for similar reasons, thinking he might not want it now that he’s already pregnant. How do they figure out what they all want?

Pregnant Sex

A lot of the prompts already involved this, but I would love this in general! Do they have to figure out some new positions if the Omega King is heavily pregnant? Do alphas react differently to pregnant omegas? Do the Alpha Husbands have different reactions to their pregnant mate? (Maybe one is into the breeding kink aspect of it, another gets protective, another wants lots of close and cuddly sex; or maybe they’re all similar, too?)

Whether they’re in the process of trying to conceive or kinking on the Omega King already being present, all is great!

Maybe it’s just one of the Alpha Husbands who is really into it, but he’s a bit shy about it because he thinks the Omega King and the other Husbands might think he’s weird. However, when they have sex, something revealing accidentally slips out. The others actually happily indulge him (and get into it as well).

Breast Worship - milk accidently spills while fucking and partner drinks it all

Could be related to breeding kink above, but doesn’t have to be! Perhaps the partner fucking the Omega King and the partner drinking the milk are also separate people? Or everybody decides they want a turn?

Helping give birth in a non-hospital setting

If you’re going for a historical or classic fantasy world, this technically applies to all settings since they don’t really have hospitals in the modern sense yet. However, perhaps in that case it means without access to a healer or midwife. Either way, I do love dramatic stories about the partners being caught out somewhere in the wilderness/cut off due to a storm or something and having to deal with labour alone (but then, everything turns out fine in the end and the Omega King and the kid are okay!).

Holding hands while giving birth

The Alpha Husbands could take turns, or maybe all of them are touching the Omega King to support him during labour somehow (in case there are more Alpha Husbands than Omega King hands), which could be quite sweet.

Long and Painful Labor

I’d like to see the Omega King at the end of his rope, unsure if he’s able to do it and needing comfort, especially if he’s otherwise someone who is very self-realiant. Maybe he’s embarrassed but eventually too tired to hide his exhaustion. Maybe he was reassuring his worried husbands at the start, or generally joking around or acting calm (whichever is his personality), but after like 30 hours he’s just drained. The Alpha Husbands supporting him here would be great.
